Designed, machined and tested under one roof.

The Coimbatore plant keeps the full process in-house, from design and foundry to machining, welding and final test. Fewer hand-offs, tighter control, shorter lead times.

Infrastructure

An R&D-led process, end to end.

Our R&D department drives continuous improvement across design, prototyping, testing, quality assurance and foundry operations. From design to production to test, the plant runs on computer-aided design systems and software so the geometry on the drawing is the geometry that leaves the floor.

Keeping design, casting, machining and testing in the same building is what lets us hold short delivery times and quick turnaround without loosening control over quality.

Plant & machinery

The equipment behind every casting.

A machinery list that reads like a much larger plant’s.

01

Thread whirling machine

High-accuracy stem and threaded-component production.

02

Submerged-arc & PTA welding

SAW, TIG, MIG/MAG and plasma-transferred-arc systems for hard-facing and overlay.

03

CNC machining

Repeatable precision across body, bonnet and trim.

04

Seat-face lapping

Lapping machine for true seat faces and reliable shut-off.

05

Horizontal boring

Seat boring for accurate geometric reproduction.

06

In-house foundry

Casting kept on site, so material quality is controlled from the start.

Testing

Every valve is proved before it ships.

Our own testing lab lets us verify materials and performance in-house rather than relying on a third party’s schedule. Qualified quality-control professionals run the checks against API, ASME and ISO requirements.
